Complaint Type Management (List View)
I want to view a comprehensive list of all complaint categories so that I can manage how issues are classified within the system.
- Data Visibility: I can see a table containing the Serial Number (#), Complaint Type name, and Current Status (Active/Inactive).
- Search Functionality: I can use a search bar to quickly filter specific complaint types by name.
- Pagination: I can control the number of entries displayed per page (e.g., 10 entries) and navigate through multiple pages.
- Data Export: I can click the "Download" button to export the list for external reporting.
- Navigation: I can click the "Add New" button to jump to the creation form.
- Record Actions: I can access a vertical ellipsis menu (three dots) under the "Action" column to edit or delete specific entries.
